Arrival and Check In
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment. This will allow you to fill out any paperwork required, don your robe, and relax and enjoy our luxurious amenities before your service. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

Cancellations / No Show Policy
To avoid being charged for your appointment, we request the courtesy of 24 hours’ notice in the event a service appointment needs to be canceled. A 100% no-show fee will apply in the event advance cancellation notice is not given. Appointments booked on the same day of service will be charged a no-show fee if cancellation should become necessary. A credit card is required to hold all appointments. Special requirements will apply for group bookings.

Reservations
Walk-in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability. However, services should be scheduled in advance to guarantee availability. Memberships are not required for ZaSpa services. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number.

Cellular Phones
For the comfort of our guests, cellular phone and pager use are prohibited within Spa premises. We kindly request that all calls are concluded and cellular devices turned off prior to entering.

Children
Children ages 16 and up can receive services, with parental approval and a parent present at the time of the appointment. For the comfort of all spa clients, children under the age of 18 will not have access to the spa relaxation areas. For the comfort of others, children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa or fitness facility.

Gratuities
For your convenience, an 18% service charge will be added to all ZaSpa treatment prices. Gratuities should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services and your personal providers; therefore, all additional gratuities are solely at your discretion.

Valuables
We request that you remove all jewelry and other valuables prior to visiting the spa. For hotel guests, safety deposit boxes are located in your hotel room. ZaSpa also offers our local spa guests security boxes for your valuables. Please ask any spa associate for assistance. The Hotel ZaZa and ZaSpa are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged items.
